Electrical BIM Coordinator - Transportation

Coordinate and model electrical, fire, BAS, and lighting systems in Revit for Union Station.

Tasks

-Conduct site reviews for model validation and coordination. -Use Navisworks for clash detection and coordination. -Generate shop drawings and perform quality checks for code compliance. -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Update models based on design changes and site conditions. -Model and coordinate power, communication, fire alarm, BAS, and lighting systems in Revit.

What You Bring

-Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment -Diploma or degree in Electrical, Architectural, Civil Engineering, or related field. -Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks. -Regular, reliable attendance -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -Knowledge of CEC, NEC, and OBC. -Field experience or Journeyman Electrician license is an asset. -3–4 years of electrical BIM/Revit experience (infrastructure or transit projects preferred).
