  • Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
  • 7+ years of architecture experience
  • Experience with OSHPD / HCAI or similar healthcare compliance
  • Licensed Architect (California license preferred)
  • Proficiency in Revit and project management software
  • Proven track record delivering complex healthcare projects
