Tasks

-Leading your team with energy and clarity, supporting onboarding, training and continuous improvement initiatives -Reviewing daily quota levels across the EONNEXT contract to ensure compliance with contractual agreements -Providing analysis and reporting to the Planning Manager, sharing insights and best practices -Driving performance across Capacity, Non-Standard Bookings, New Connections and Field Debt teams through clear KPIs -Managing internal and external stakeholders for any capacity-related escalations -Collaborating closely with field management to ensure operational alignment

What You Bring

-Strong client and customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively -Capacity Management experience (desirable) -Solid understanding of people management processes and procedures -Proven management experience in a contact centre environment -Experience working with field-based operational teams
