Tasks

-Coordinate and monitor daily installation schedules to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders. -Support warranty and repair processes by tracking completion and communicating with subcontractors. -Maintain daily documentation by collecting subcontractor paperwork, reviewing payroll sheets, and entering data accurately. -Serve as a liaison between subcontractors, operations, and sales to resolve issues and maintain smooth communication. -Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and supporting local subcontractor teams to ensure sufficient labor coverage. -Inspect installations for quality and compliance with company standards, addressing any issues as needed. -Contribute to the continued growth and success of the El Paso branch by fostering strong relationships with installers and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. -Promote safety and quality awareness among subcontractors and employees. -Provide hands-on supervision and support to installation team members as directed by the Installation Manager or General Manager.

What You Bring

-Proficiency with Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Word, and Excel. -Valid driver's license with the ability to be added to company insurance. -Floor covering experience is required. Candidates must have a working knowledge of flooring installation, materials, and industry practices. -Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. -Experience recruiting subcontractors and managing work assignments is preferred. -Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
