Overview

Assign and dispatch HVAC technicians, manage service calls and communications.

Tasks

-Work with Service Managers to ensure preventative maintenance is completed on schedule. -Work with Service Managers to address open calls. -Review all incomplete calls daily. -Create and distribute required reporting. -Assign and dispatch technicians. -Stay calm under pressure. -Respond to inquiries. -Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding missed SLAs. -Maintain entry and verify nightly “on call” crew.

What You Bring

-Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. -HVAC/R experience preferred, but not required -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Strong sense of urgency. -Strong computer (Excel/Outlook) skills. -High school diploma/GED -Reliable and dependable. -Understand the geography of the market and understand the technicians. -Friendly and helpful demeanor -At least 2 years of dispatching experience -Able to actively listen and demonstrate empathy. -Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
