Tasks

-Represent and promote VIVID’s vision and values in all aspects of the role -Carry out post-inspections to verify quality, safety, and correct use of materials -Lead and support Gas Installation Engineers to deliver first-class repairs and customer care -Monitor work in progress to ensure compliance with standards, safety, and customer satisfaction -Support preventative maintenance programmes and contract implementation -Participate in the on-call rota -Promote continual improvement and participate in service reviews -Review contractor invoices and resolve discrepancies -Promote a high-performing, customer focused team culture -Investigate complaints and insurance claims, providing detailed reports and resolutions -Manage responsive repairs within set budgets and timelines -Conduct pre-inspection visits, design heating systems, and coordinate installation schedules and materials -Provide monitoring data to management and uphold good housekeeping standards. -Ensure cost-effective decisions aligned with Best Value principles -Respond to tenant and customer enquiries professionally -Maintain communication with planners to ensure efficient scheduling
