The Role
Overview
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and automation equipment.

Tasks
-Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics. -Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery to minimize downtime. -Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on tasks. -Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control systems, and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes. -Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and schematics. -Collaborate with engineers, maintenance staff, and production teams to support operational goals. -Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and other automation systems. -Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and other safety standards.

What You Bring
-OSHA 10 or 30 Certification preferred. -Experience with 480V systems, motor controls, and industrial automation. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -High school diploma or GED required. -Minimum 10 years of experience as an industrial or manufacturing electrician. -Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. -Valid State Electrician License (Journeyman or Master, depending on state requirements). -Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. -Strong knowledge of electrical theory and industrial electrical systems. -NFPA 70E Certification is a plus. -Associate degree or technical diploma in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred. -Proficiency in using electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment. -Certification in PLC programming or industrial automation is advantageous. Preferred. -Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
