Tasks

Perform day-to-day general office administrative tasks in addition to supporting leadership. -Scheduling, copying, scanning, etc. as requested -Maintaining and scheduling routine auto maintenance for company vehicles -Maintain Group Leader’s Outlook Inbox and Calendar -Assist with sub-consultant coordination -Execute errands upon request (bank, delivery of plans and other documents) -Assist with scheduling -Send project status updates via email -Tracking, ordering, stocking supplies for the office, including break room -Maintain monthly invoice mark ups -Update cover sheets for project reports and specifications -Assist with project proposal documents -Drafting of letters and basic documents

What You Bring

-Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel -Proficiency with Outlook -6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant or similar role -High Diploma or G.E.D. -1 to 2 years’ experience in an administrative assistant or similar role -Working knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint -Proof-read various documents -Associate degree in Business Management or related field. -Experience working in Microsoft Teams and with Bluebeam.
