Tasks

-Prepare reports on occupancy, leads, and market conditions -Maximise leasing income and deliver occupancy targets across our BTR portfolio -Liaise with onsite property teams to monitor unit status and mitigate risk -Manage lease negotiations and renewals, ensuring accurate system input -Conduct property tours -Champion Mirvac's values and contribute to cross-functional project groups -Collaborate on marketing materials and business development initiatives -Drive leasing performance by managing leads, conducting follow-ups, and booking inspections

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Salesforce & StarRez desirable) -Ideally 1+ years' experience in real estate or sales -Proven success in lead generation and target achievement -Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and across multiple assets -Strong relationship management and customer service focus -Real Estate Agent or Assistant Agent License required -Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and attention to detail -Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
