Manage network, servers, AD, M365 and provide end‑user support for Cadrex.

Tasks

-Coordinate work with outside vendors and consultants based on assigned project work -Support employees' desktop, laptop, and print computing needs -Perform periodic performance reporting to the IT Network Operations Director -Coach and train end-users -Contribute to maintaining and monitoring equipment and manufacturing systems -Assist with management of corporate network environment, consisting of Cisco switches, firewalls, routers, wireless access point and controllers -Assist with Microsoft 365 administration -Secure network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation, maintaining documentation -Prioritize and troubleshoot incidents as they arise -Assist with server maintenance and administration, including virtualization -Document the topology, operation, and troubleshooting procedures of network infrastructure -Evaluate network performance issues by using methods and tools to analyze, tune and troubleshoot network issues -Administer hardware and software updates and upgrades, system patches, bug fixes, and major releases that will improve the performance and reliability to client and manufacturing computer systems -Maintain and control inventory of the IT infrastructure and network equipment -Assist with Active Directory administration -Perform occasional work after-hours in the event of a service issue or maintenance/upgrade/repair work -Configure and deploy desktop and laptop computers -Ensure high availability of enterprise voice and data platforms that support internal employee business functions

What You Bring

-Associates degree preferred -Availability to provide 24x7 support in the event an incident arises -Technical certifications a plus -Ability to work with users and other technicians with varying IT backgrounds. -Strong knowledge of Cisco switches, HP servers, and VOIP phone systems -Must be able to complete complex projects with minimal to no supervision -Strong knowledge of MS Office Products Including Office 365 -2+ years’ related experience in a moderate-sized business
