Tasks

-Champion lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput. -Drive operational scalability to meet increasing customer demand while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. -Establish and monitor performance metrics (SQDC: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) across all production sites. -Coach and mentor site leaders to drive engagement, performance, and professional development. -Partner with executive leadership on capacity planning, automation, and new product introduction (NPI). -Maintain close alignment with customers and suppliers to anticipate needs, manage constraints, and ensure reliable execution. -Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations for RPPs, PDUs, and Whips, including production, quality, engineering, and maintenance functions. -Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality escapes or production issues. -Lead capital investment strategies, equipment selection, and process layout design to support expansion. -Partner closely with Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Experience teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. -Build and develop a high-performing team of operations leaders, engineers, and technicians. -Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. -Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies aligned with company goals and growth objectives. -Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to launch new power products with efficient manufacturability and margin optimization.

-Showcase strong financial and analytical skills, showcasing the ability to enhance productivity and profitability. -Demonstrate a working knowledge of various operations disciplines, including operations, quality systems, EHS&S, Lean/Six Sigma tools, etc. -Accountability: Ability to hold self and others to the highest of standards. -Judgement: Ability to exercise discretion and lead initiatives autonomously. -7+ years of experience in continuous improvement and lean methodologies. -Accumulate 10 years of experience in progressive operations leadership roles with a specific focus on operational excellence. -Bring experience in working within a complex and matrixed environment, actively fostering an inclusive and engaging culture. -Speed: Operates with a sense of urgency, recognizing the competitive advantage of being swift and responsive. -Certification in Six Sigma or Lean is a plus. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred. -7+ years of industry experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, and/or Supply Chain (cross-industry experience a plus). -Exhibit a proven track record as a change agent, driving transformative change within organizations.
