Tasks

-Maintain employee records and assist with compliance and statutory requirements. -Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees. -Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with integrity. -Drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. -Handle employee engagement, performance management support, and employee relations. -Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business units with their HR needs. -Manage recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers.

What You Bring

-Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. -Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. -2 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and HRBP responsibilities. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships. -Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
