Tasks

-Acting as point of contact for customs brokers in case of clarification needs (e.g., regarding valuation or classification of products). -Auditing customs brokers regarding the correctness of customs entries, invoicing, and archiving. -Maintaining and sharing with colleagues, as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant import/export laws and procedures, tariffs, duties, licenses, and restrictions. -Managing the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective, and lawful execution of all import/export activities.

What You Bring

-You have 12 to 17 years of experience in Managing international import and export operations, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and local customs requirements -You are immersed in EXIM operations in switchgear industry -You have experience in Negotiates freight and transportation rates. Coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers -You are at ease communicating in English -Bachelor's in B.Com or Masters in M.Com / MBA -Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP - HANA, IncoTerms (International Commercial Terms) and MS Office Package
