Lead construction planning/execution for utility-scale renewable projects in Great Lakes.

Tasks

-Ensures the relevant scopes of work are started and completed with strict adherence to the construction schedule -Resolves construction conflicts, delays, and in-field issues -Directs and oversees the development of subcontractor’s scope of work, sequencing, coordination, scheduling, installation, and logistics related to projects -Monitors self-perform and subcontractor performance including productivity tracking and/or earned value -Supports project manager & project controller forecast self-perform productivity -Oversees the construction planning effort and development of Installation Work Packages & Inspection Test Plans -Ensures the relevant scopes of work are executed with strict adherence to the contract documents

What You Bring

-7 years of relevant professional experience -OSHA 30 Hour preferred -Solar or Wind market experience preferred, commercial construction experience required -Experience leading a team of construction staff, subcontractors, engineers/designers -Must be able to work as a team player, independently and learn quickly in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
