Tasks

-Serve as a liaison between business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence in areas such as : Succession Planning, Talent Management, Labor Relations, Employment and Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance and Training and Development. -Interpret and apply survey and market data, employee data, labor agreements, and workforce analytics to support business decisions. -Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. -Support labor forecasting, workforce planning, and recruitment initiatives aligned with business goals. -Collaborate with HR colleagues to analyze and design systems and processes that effectively attract, reward, and motivate the workforce. -Partner with assigned business units to understand business objectives and provide HR expertise and solutions. -Participate in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

What You Bring

-Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR). -Master’s degree in HR or related discipline. -Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. -Background Check & DOT Drug Screen: This step involves conducting a comprehensive background check, which includes reviewing criminal history, and other relevant records. Additionally, a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screening will be carried out to ensure compliance with federal regulations for safety-sensitive positions -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. -Proven ability to build effective partnerships and influence at multiple organizational levels. -Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
