Reactivating dormant partners, driving quote closure, and building sales outreach for sign shops.

Tasks

-Collaborate daily with Estimators during active quoting stages. -Use HubSpot CRM to track conversations and opportunities — but also reach beyond it through LinkedIn, social media, associations, and trade networks. -Reactivating dormant partners who’ve gone quiet. -Manage and follow up on active quotes to move them from “pending” to “approved.” -Collaborate directly with leadership to shape an evolving sales model. -Share feedback from the field to help evolve and improve our sales process. -Reconnect with inactive or low-engagement partners through persistent, personalized outreach. -Following up on active quotes to negotiate and close. -Build your own rhythm of outreach, testing creative ways to get decision-makers to respond. -Igniting sign shops that have quoted before but never ordered.

What You Bring

-Creative with outreach and fearless in follow-up. -Comfortable in an evolving system — you like helping build the process, not just follow it. -Emotionally intelligent and quick to pick up on tone and timing. -Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and modern sales tools. -A connector who can read people quickly and communicate with purpose. -Background in consultative or challenger-style selling. -Travel to tradeshows and partner sites nationwide - 10-20% of your time -B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing or signage.
