- Perform basic site maintenance such as cleaning and minor repairs
- Lead by example, resolving issues promptly to keep work on schedule
- Manage daily schedules and ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly
- Supervise and support a small site team to safely and efficiently complete daily tasks
- Interpret plans and carry out practical building tasks like carpentry, steelwork, and general labouring
- Keep the site clean and organized, setting up safe work zones as needed
- Act as the communication link between workers and management
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure PPE is worn correctly
- Safely load, unload, and move materials around the site
- Conduct quality checks on tools, equipment, and work progress

construction experience
- Demonstrated ability to supervise daily tasks, ensure site safety and maintain cleanliness
- Proficient in handling hand and power tools with strong problem-solving skills
- Licensed forklift operator with valid Forklift Licence (LF)
- Verified competency for Scissor Lift operation
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence holder
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Strong communication skills to clearly liaise between workers and management
- Holder of Construction Induction Card (CIC)/White Card
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks using best-practice manual handling techniques over extended periods
- Proven experience in construction projects with hands-on involvement
