- Conduct detailed property condition inspections with detailed documentation
- Arrange and manage necessary maintenance and repair works
- Ensure accurate preparation of all residential tenancy documentation in accordance with the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
- Maintain legal and financial aspects of the portfolio using property management software
- Assist with dispute resolution, including QCAT submissions and hearings as required
- Oversee marketing of vacant tenancies and coordinate leasing inspections
- Assisting with comprehensive end-to-end Property Management Operations
- Provide regular local market trends and industry updates to the team
- Serve as primary tenant liaison for queries, complaints and resident needs
