Conduct detailed property condition inspections with detailed documentation
Arrange and manage necessary maintenance and repair works
Ensure accurate preparation of all residential tenancy documentation in accordance with the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
Maintain legal and financial aspects of the portfolio using property management software
Assist with dispute resolution, including QCAT submissions and hearings as required
Oversee marketing of vacant tenancies and coordinate leasing inspections
Assisting with comprehensive end-to-end Property Management Operations
Provide regular local market trends and industry updates to the team
Serve as primary tenant liaison for queries, complaints and resident needs
