Support substation construction projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, and materials onsite.

Tasks

-Support project execution by planning, organizing, and implementing project management principles. -Anticipate needs, solve problems, and actively contribute to safe, successful project outcomes. -Engage in fast-paced material management, working with vendors and tracking materials. -Monitor and achieve project scope, schedule, and budgets.

What You Bring

-Construction degree plus internship or equivalent experience. -Experience in construction management and project management. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Experience in a GC or EPC environment is highly preferred. -Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. -Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. -Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. -Familiarity with job cost tracking and estimating software. -Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite project assignments. -Ability to adapt in a fast-paced field environment. -Experience with industrial construction, wind, solar, renewables, BESS, data center, substation, transmission, and distribution projects. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -1+ years of field engineering or associate project management experience.
