-Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization. -Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). -Strong organizational and time management ability. -Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel; JD Edwards skills desirable. -Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant prior experience; CPA preferred. -Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity. -Detail-oriented with effective verbal and written communication skills. -Manufacturing or construction and inventory accounting experience a plus. -Must be a self-starter and a quick learner who can work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. -Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
