Tasks

The Estimator ensures the Safety of those we work with and around, the Qualify of the services we provide and the realization of our Profitability goals as it specifically relates to all aspects of the revenue acquisition side of our construction division, including business development, sales, estimating and engineering. -Participate the in the project interview process as required. -Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors -Develop and maintain strong customer relationships -Review project contract scope provisions prior to signature as required -Attend and/or lead project turnover meetings as required. -Attend customer engagement opportunities as required -Safety management to ensure ZERO INCIDENTS within all areas of responsibility -Attend design/preconstruction meetings as required. -Prepared detailed scope letter proposals as required -Attend site walk-thru meetings as required -Attend and/or lead estimate review meetings as required. -Ensure adherence by department and personnel to Company Core Values -Prepare estimates as required to secure work and guide system selection. -Develop an understanding of construction job costs

Wage Range: $73,800.00-$85,000.00/Annually (Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Salary may be adjusted depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate).
