Overview
Design and manage solar project specifications, budgets, schedules, and permitting.

Tasks
-Identify technical design and specification concerns, escalate as needed to achieve resolution -Support the project team in achieving scope and budget alignment, schedule alignment, an integrated team experience, construction readiness, and excellent financial performance -Coordinate document and electronic interface processing -Provide meaningful recommendations to project’s programming and conceptual design activities, ensuring constructability and logistics solutions in project design -Assist with project proposal development -Assist with establishing and managing project budget and scope expectations, budget trending logs, and any associated communications and resources -Prepare bid packages and contract manuals for subcontractors and suppliers in conjunction with project planning team -Create and manage project schedules and key milestones, hold team members accountable for reaching set milestones -Model and set the tone for extraordinary customer relations -Gathering feedback and clarification during design process, and identify future projects -Assist in regulatory approval and permitting process

What You Bring
-Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills -Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Manager, Estimating, or equivalent field -MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum four years relevant experience -MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of two year’s relevant experience -Our postings are typically open a minimum of 5 days and an average of 44 days. -Detail orientation sufficient to organize and handle multiple project tasks -Minimum four years relevant experience -Minimum of two year’s relevant experience -Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. -Ability to travel up to 10% -Construction, solar or renewable energy experience preferred -Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices -Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. -Positive professional attitude, and strong customer service skills -Microsoft Office, Project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level -Adaptive, effective communication and active listening skills
