Tasks

-Liaise with global COE teams such as IPR, Data privacy etc. for issues impacting India businesses -Handle litigations and external counsel management -Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal templates, playbooks, and policies to streamline deal / commercial processes. -Monitor and interpret relevant regulatory developments across key IMEA jurisdictions with focus on India for advising on potential impact on transactions. -Support special projects including internal process improvements, audit and regulatory responses, real estate expansion, e-commerce, legal & advisory support to Global Capability Center (India) and HR global shared services. -Support business operations by drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements -Liaise with business, marketing, compliance, HR, tax and finance teams to gather information and ensure timely legal input on business initiatives -Develop and deliver training and guidance on legal topics to mitigate risks and enhance the efficiency of legal services.

What You Bring

-Additional - Master’s at law or CS -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Bachelor’s at law from a reputed college in India. -Adept with using new technology for legal function. Working knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management tools and Compliance Management Systems. -8+ years of PQE with relevant experience in MNCs.
