Tasks

-Manage our supervisors in charge of custodial services, groundskeeping, and maintenance, along with the administrative assistant. -Remain on-call for after-hours emergencies, ensuring appropriate response and resolution. -Oversee assigned small-scale projects. -Process all invoices and expenses related to the physical plant budget and monitor the budget effectively. -Manage facility and equipment assessments, including forecasting long-term capital improvements. -Oversee and assess the property's infrastructure. -Consult with and schedule subcontractors regularly for preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and other services. -Be responsible for staff training and professional development, ensuring compliance with all current regulations. -Maintain personnel records and handle all personnel-related matters, including annual reviews, disciplinary actions, payroll, and attendance. -Oversee all physical plant operations and the administrative functions for the property and its divisions.

What You Bring

-The ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including nights, days, and weekends, as dictated by operational needs and events. -A Bachelor's degree with significant experience, including a minimum of five years in a commercial facilities management role. -A demonstrated customer service orientation, coupled with excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities. -Outstanding organizational and project management skills with a strong attention to detail. -HSA and FSA programs -Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
