The Role
Overview
Provide frontline pastoral support to vulnerable tenants to prevent homelessness.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Arranging food parcels and other necessities. -Checking completed maintenance work and planning further support needs. -Keeping detailed records and reporting incidents as necessary. -Overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring maintenance and repairs are reported and completed. -Conducting face-to-face support sessions, covering health, finance, repairs, and the move-on process. -Maintaining strong working relationships with probation services, liaising with them at least weekly. -Carrying out general cleans and ensuring quick turnaround of properties when service users move out. -Assisting service users with appointments and other essential tasks. -Identifying and reporting any safeguarding concerns. -Managing your own diary efficiently and working independently.

What You Bring
-Experience working with vulnerable individuals or in a housing/welfare support role. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients both face-to-face and by phone/email -Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently. -Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of service. -Full UK driving license (company car provided!) -A proactive, compassionate, and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
