Tasks

-Enforce project team compliance to maintain schedule integrity. -Communicate risk and opportunities based on analysis of the schedule. -Support the project team with all scheduling and planning activities. -Provide project analytics and KPIs for month-end project financial reporting (earned value, SPI, milestone progress, etc.). -Compile schedule and progress reports (Actual vs. Plan and S-curves). -Collect progress information from Subcontractors and integrate their data into the master P6 schedule. -Assist in the development of bid/proposal schedules and forecasts. -Facilitate weekly schedule update meetings with the project teams. -Develop, own, and maintain the P6 master schedule for your assigned projects.

What You Bring

-Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow professionally. -Advanced proficiency in basic Microsoft 365 products (PowerBI a plus). -Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with minimal direction. -PMP or AACEI Scheduling certifications a plus. -Travel to project sites highly recommended. -College degree required. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related quantitative major a plus. -Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills. -Advanced proficiency in the use of Primavera P6 scheduling systems. -Ability to think strategically and synthesize information from multiple sources. -Experience working with owner representatives and subcontractors involved with the project. -Experience in EPC construction; utility-scale solar experience a plus. -Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with co-workers, service providers, and customers. -5+ years of experience in a role as an EPC Scheduler/Planner. -Proficient in resource and cost loaded scheduling.
