Tasks

-Provide high-level leadership and guidance to Regional Managers, ensuring consistent execution of property operations, leasing, maintenance, resident service, and investor satisfaction. -Deliver regular operational and financial performance updates to executive leadership and property investors. -Champions the adoption and effective use of property management technology platforms (AppFolio), technology and analytical tools to drive performance, transparency, innovation, and informed decision-making. -Support vendor management and performance oversight in collaboration with the Director of Operations, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals. -Ensure transparent, consistent communication across the division and with cross-functional partners. -Regular team member feedback surveys to drive workplace improvements -Partner with Enclave leaders to ensure property safety and successful capital project delivery. -Ensure full compliance with housing laws and proactively manage risk to protect company interests. -Implements scalable systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency, asset value, and service quality. -Oversee the creation and management of operating budgets, ensuring financial objectives are achieved. -Oversee divisional training programs to ensure robust onboarding and ongoing learning. -Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies, championing innovation and continuous improvement. -Resolve escalated investor concerns, ensuring outcomes align with company values. -Work collaboratively with the Director of Operations to standardize and implement operational processes and technology that drive efficiency, scalability, and service quality across all communities. -Lead the recruitment, development, and mentorship of Regional Managers and onsite staff, cultivating a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous growth. -Maintains deep, current knowledge of housing regulations and proactively adapts policies to ensure full compliance and risk mitigation across all properties. -Analyze portfolio data to anticipate trends, risks, and opportunities; deploy strategic initiatives to address challenges and capitalize on growth. -Set and execute the division’s strategic vision, aligning annual plans and priorities with company-wide objectives. -Architect and champion financial, marketing, and resident experience strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and portfolio value. -Designs and executes innovative sales, marketing, and resident retention strategies informed by market intelligence and data analytics to elevate occupancy, revenue, and brand reputation -Communicates vision, strategy, and priorities with clarity and impact to diverse audiences, including executive leadership, investors, team members, and external partners. -Model and reinforce Enclave’s core values, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. -All employees are responsible for the general upkeep of work and shared spaces -Drive performance by establishing clear metrics and accountability standards for teams and properties; regularly assess results and coach for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

-Exhibits exceptional organizational skills, balancing multiple high-stakes projects and priorities with discipline and adaptability. -Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, property management, or a related field required -Navigates complex interpersonal dynamics and resolves conflicts constructively, fostering trust and collaboration at all levels. -7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in property management, with previous experience managing large multifamily portfolios and leading regional manager teams. -CPM, CAM, etc. certifications preferred -Demonstrates mastery in financial management, including complex budgeting and forecasting, and applies advanced performance analysis to guide strategic decisions and drive profitability -Punctual and regular attendance is required of all employees
