Tasks

-Define success metrics for data products and tooling -Monitor usage, performance, and impact, and iterate based on feedback and insights -Develop a strategy and roadmap for developing new data sources and enhancing existing ones based on creating new value to clients -Partnering with stakeholders across departments to ensure schema alignment with business needs and technical constraints -Advocate for data best practices and drive adoption of data products across the organization. -Work with engineering to optimize pipelines for performance, reliability and cost-efficiency -Collaborate and align with the research and modelling teams to balance their needs with external clients -Own the roadmap and continuous improvement of internal data management tools. -Identify and evaluate new data sources to enrich our products -Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate data needs into product requirements -Collaborate with engineering and data teams to enhance our data capabilities -Lead initiatives to improve data consistency, interoperability and quality across systems

What You Bring

-Experience with APIs, SQL, Jupyter Notebook -Background in software engineering or data engineering, including experience with: graphQL, Snowflake, Typescript, ReactJS is a plus -Ability to collaborate with and align a wide range of stakeholders around a shared vision: product, research, data, engineering and senior leadership -Familiarity with data pipelines and customer-facing data applications -Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in data or platform-focused role -Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex data problems -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -Background in the power, renewables or energy industry is a plus
