Tasks

-Move and arrange desks, furniture and partitions when needed. -Occasionally build furniture. Examples: carts, bookshelves, desk. -Ensure all facility systems and other equipment are performing at optimal levels by performing routine preventive maintenance. -Provide prompt and courteous service to all internal and external customer. -Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include: repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of general carpentry and repair. -Valid Driver's License -Knowledge of minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Examples may include: fixing leaking faucets, replacing light switch or outlet, unclogging drains/toilets. -Ability to use hands and fingers to grasp, twist, and pull. -Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance team members. -Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, bend and kneel. -Withstand external weather conditions, such as working outside in the rain, cold, heat or other adverse weather as needed. -Prolonged periods of standing and walking. -Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces. -1 year of related experience -Ability to use hand tools and power tools. -Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. -Excellent organizational and time management skills.
