Tasks

-Ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations -Manage budget, expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations -Conduct regular property inspections and control delinquency -Oversee day-to-day operations to drive occupancy and financial performance -Lead and support leasing, maintenance, and office staff -Prepare accurate and timely reporting

What You Bring

-Experience in a fast paced office and leading a large staff -2+ years of multi-family property management experience -Strong leadership and team-building abilities. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel -Experience with Entrata software (preferred)
