-Quality Assurance: Lead staff meetings, manage service agreements, update physician order sheets, and assure compliance with healthcare protocols. -Effective Collaboration: Liaise seamlessly with internal staff, third-party vendors, and medical professionals. -Resident-Centric Care: Perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate individualized care plans, and provide empathetic, personalized care. -Emergency Response: Assist in resident evacuation during emergencies. -Leadership Excellence: Maintain, manage, and inspire a full team through recruiting, interviewing, mentoring, and coaching. -Continuous Oversight: Ensure proper medication management, complete timely audits, handle incident reporting, and conduct investigations.
