In this role, you’ll partner with Planning & Scheduling, Operational Contract Support, and wider business stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement projects. Using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, you’ll lead the design and rollout of new systems, embed process changes, and foster a culture of problem-solving and accountability.
Your work will directly impact performance by reducing costs, optimising workflows, and ensuring sustainable improvements that meet both business and client needs.
