  • Integrate interface management with risk and change control processes, ensuring all changes are assessed for impact.
  • Ensure all interface activities are documented, communicated, and auditable for project transparency and compliance.
  • Prepare and present interface status reports and dashboards, translating technical data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Oversee CSC’s coordination of interface points, ensuring accountability and robust collaboration across all parties.
  • Manage integration of interface data from GC, CSC, and design consultants, maintaining a master interface register for project assurance.
  • Lead a comprehensive interface management plan, identifying and resolving technical interfaces across disciplines (MEP, structural, architectural, ICT, specialist systems).
  • Facilitate interface risk reviews and technical workshops to resolve cross-package issues efficiently.
  • Review and challenge GC’s interface strategies, escalating unresolved issues to the Project Director and client as needed.

  • Experience working on sporting/stadium projects.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
  • Degree in civil/structural engineering, construction management (or equivalent).
  • Professional membership i.e. MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS.
