Tasks

-Assisting the Building Surveyors with providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of property -Assist with the supervision of building work on site -Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for successful completion of the projects. -Support the Building Surveyors with preparing schedules of dilapidations and negotiate settlements -Delivering projects, commissions, and profession services. -Assist with the undertake building surveys, taking particulars on site, attending meetings, writing up specifications, obtaining estimates, planning maintenance programmes, and administering contracts for maintenance work. -Help with Analysing and reporting on building defects -Represent the company in a profession and diligent manner and help to promote Ridge and Partners by engaging with clients and attending networking events. -Support the Building Surveying team on complex multi-disciplinary schemes

Requirements

What You Bring

-Relevant degree (RICS approved, 2:1 minimum) -Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, NBS and other software) -Well organised, diligent, and proactive -A full driving licence
