  • Preferred working knowledge of various Client systems (i.e., SAP, E-Payables, TRACK, etc.)
  • Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
  • Must have a strong background in both cost control and cost analyst
  • Working knowledge of basic to moderately complex cost accounting and cost engineering
  • Four (4) years of cost control and analyst experience in any combination of industrial maintenance, capital projects, and/or outages and turnarounds
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, leadership, motivational and communication skills while maintaining a professional appearance
  • Four (4) years of jobsite cost specialist experience or BS degree in one of the following: Business Administration, Construction Management, Accounting, or related curriculum
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Mandatory understanding of basic Cost Accounting terminology, methodology, and forecasting techniques
  • Mandatory working knowledge of multiple E1 system modules (i.e., Timekeeping, Job Cost, Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable)
  • Willingness to professionally represent the company while meeting with Client and Management
  • Creative thinking skills are required for identifying issues before a potential problem is created
