Civil Estimation Engineer

Estimate civil works, prepare cost analyses, manage BOQs, RFQs, and subcontract evaluations.

Tasks

-Prepare & present analysis of work quantities to proposal lead -Time schedule analysis and support planning team -Co-ordinate with Engineering for MTOs, BOQs & MRs -Compilation of complete discipline costs for review -Maintain Cost database of executed projects and bids. -Review of Tender docs to understand discipline tech. SoW -contribute in constructability reviews -Evaluate quotations, hold clarifications, benchmarking of Subcontract prices/ analyze, negotiation & finalize Subcontract Costs. -Prepare Benchmarking comparison / analysis of costs -Participate in Site visits & identify critical aspects of execution -coordinate with various departments for technical/cost inputs. -Prepare first principle resource & cost estimates -Prepare Subcontract RFQs for various civil & building Works -Risk identification and prepare mitigation plans
