Overview

Provide architectural technical support and manage shop drawings for construction projects

Tasks

Provide Architectural Technical support for construction purpose -Report all violations and resolved on time -Review all structural shop drawings for submissions. -Review all tender drawings and specification of the project. -Ensure that all established HSE & Quality policies are administered and enforced in all areas. -Coordinate with operation team for any structural issues on site. -Prepare shop drawing log and material log with schedule as per project planned schedule. -Coordinate with engineering to obtain approval for shop drawings and material submittals. -Manage architectural team in terms of productivity and quality. -Review and coordinate with subcontractors to submit the material submittals and shop drawings on target submission dates. -Coordinate with other departments for variations of the new design drawings. -Coordinate with CTO office for any architectural matters.

What You Bring

Has excellent oral & written communication in English and interpersonal skills. -With competence in Construction Management skills, motivated, has strong leadership, able to encourage subordinates and other work groups to work as a team. -Minimum 7 years significant Industrial, commercial, residential construction experience, -Able to control a multi‐national workforce in a dynamic situation. -Excellent technical background and skills in industrial environment. -Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering. -5 years’ work experience in Gulf companies engaged in the field of Building construction. -Effective implementation of HSE Management system as per HSE procedures -With knowledge of Structural codes. -Possess negotiation and influence skills, innovative, creative thinker, flexible and excellent organizer.
