Tasks

Define and implement the analytics and AI strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives. Identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making and prioritize initiatives that provide measurable value. Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics models and AI solutions including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics to optimize operations, drive innovation, and support strategic initiatives. Oversee data governance practices and ensure high data quality standards. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data accessibility, security, and integrity across platforms. Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments in AI and analytics. Evaluate new tools and methodologies, and recommend their adoption to enhance the organization’s capabilities. Ensure that AI solutions are developed and deployed responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with regulatory and privacy standards. Manage risks associated with data use and model deployment. Work closely with stakeholders from business units, IT, finance, operations, and planning to understand analytical needs and translate them into practical solutions. Ensure alignment and adoption of analytics and AI tools across the organization. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of analytics and AI initiatives. Deliver regular reporting and insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions. Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, and AI specialists. Build internal capabilities through training, recruitment, and development initiatives.
