  • Innovation & Technology: Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to enhance project delivery and mission-critical operations.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Support business development initiatives, including proposals and “win strategies” for strategic opportunities and new markets.
  • Commercial & Supply Chain Management: Develop and manage project budgets, contracts, and resources. Lead initiatives to grow PM Group’s network of partners and contractors in key regional markets.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the PMC portfolio. Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and sustainability goals.
  • Program & Project Oversight: Oversee multiple large-scale datacentre projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Sponsor and coordinate specific programs and projects, maintaining rigorous governance and reporting standards.
  • Safety & Quality Leadership: Champion PM Group’s safety culture and Living Safety Program. Lead by example in promoting health, safety, wellbeing, and a strong QA/QC culture.
  • Team Building & Development: Source, attract, and mentor top talent. Build high-performing, collaborative teams and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement training and growth programs for PMC personnel.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth and delivery of PM Group’s datacentre PMC business, ensuring consistency, innovation, and operational excellence across all projects.

  • 15-20 years’ experience in industrial construction or advanced technology sectors, with a strong track record in datacentre project delivery from feasibility through commissioning.
  • Deep expertise in project controls, commercial management, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient—able to inspire teams and navigate change.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-site programs.
