Overview
Manage commercial/contracts for fit‑out & roofing projects from tender to finish
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Oversee all commercial functions, including procurement, valuations, and final accounts -Provide financial reporting and maintain cost control across all projects -Prepare and submit accurate tenders and estimates -Manage multiple projects ranging in value from £10k to £3m -Work closely with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery

What You Bring
-Some estimating experience or a willingness to assist with tenders and pricing -Minimum 3-5 years' experience in fit-out or refurbishment projects -Strong commercial awareness and a hands-on, flexible attitude -Proven experience with Cat A and Cat B office fit-outs -Excellent communication and organisational skills -Ability to manage multiple live projects concurrently
