Tasks
-Audits work in progress, components, assemblies, and other production processes to ensure adherence to customer requirements specified in control plans and pack-op sheets. -Receives training in paperwork and document center procedures, including the audit register, quality alerts, labor tickets, and execution of nonconforming product reports (RID). -May occasionally climb stairs, drive vehicles, and operate equipment. -Maintains a clean and orderly work area as part of general responsibilities. -Performs various audit functions related to plant production, such as resolving quality issues, completing customer audit forms, and visually inspecting components and assemblies against control plan requirements. -Utilizes tools and equipment including AS400, Slick, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), RF scan gun, hand tools, and measurement equipment to conduct audits and reporting tasks. -Adheres to safe machine operation practices by identifying and removing slip, trip, and fall hazards, ensuring proper housekeeping, understanding personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and following lockout/tagout procedures. -Operates computer terminals effectively by managing on/off switches, password keying, keyboard functions, and screen navigation.

What You Bring
-Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment. -Knowledge of quality management systems, industry standards, and inspection techniques. -Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and/or sitting and reaching with hands and arms. -Prefers previous hands-on knowledge and experience in quality auditing products in a manufacturing function or similar manufacturing experience. -Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -Completes health, safety, and environmental (HSE) training as outlined in the job's Training Instruction Checklist. -Ability to work effectively in a team environment. -Basic computer skills and familiarity with quality software applications. -High school diploma or equivalent education and experience required. -Background in reading blueprints and using calipers and gages is required. -Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
