Tasks
-Lead and participate in projects related to ERP system enhancements and process improvements, including testing efforts and validation of changes. -Operational-based analysis, including inventory data analysis, capacity planning, and improvements. -Engage with global teams across various functions and time zones to ensure cohesive and integrated process management. -Analyze process data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, providing decision support for the Manufacturing Leadership Team. -Lead efforts to reduce complexity, drive out cost, and improve inventory performance to deliver world-class on-time delivery. -Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems and processes.

What You Bring
-Project management skills, either formally or developed on the job. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. -8+ years of experience working with Oracle or SAP, ideally Oracle EBS or Fusion. -Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion or similar level of ERP/EBS migration - expert level -Experience with large 'change management' projects such as M&As, integrations, ERP consolidation, migrations, or upgrades. -Self-initiative, especially on integrations, and ability to work cross-functionally, manage work through others, and attention to detail. -Experience managing projects in a discrete manufacturing industry (electronics, med device, automotive, industrial, etc.). -Preferred experience in upgrading from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion or a similar level of ERP/EBS migration. -8+ years of experience -Experience with SQL for data queries. -Proven experience in leading systems conversions, including management of cutover for ERP system projects. -Experience in a lead role for these projects, taking functional needs from end users and designing workflows/process flows. -ERP experience
