Tasks

As FP&A Manager, you will be a critical member of the finance team, responsible for driving financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision support across our multi-branch operations. You will work closely with the VP of Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that fuel growth, improve efficiency, and optimize profitability. -Create and automate dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for real-time performance tracking -Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across all branches -Analyze branch-level performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement -Develop and maintain multi-dimensional financial models to scenario planning, investment decisions, and growth initiatives -Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior leadership and stakeholders -Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and data integrity -Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product Development teams to align financial goals with business strategies

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred) -Experience in inventory-heavy environments or supply chain finance is a plus -Excellent communication and business partnering abilities -Strong financial modeling and analytical skills -5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, ideally in distribution, retail, or multi-location businesses -Proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Power BI, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights)
