Tasks

-Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with organizational goals and Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 -Analyze data and metrics to track progress and report on sustainability performance -Lead and manage sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and resource conservation programs -Prepare sustainability reports using recognized frameworks such as GRI or SASB -Engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and community partners, to promote sustainability awareness and initiatives -Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainable practices into business operations -Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement -Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in sustainability -Create and maintain environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards -Represent the organization at industry events and conferences related to sustainability

What You Bring

-Outstanding communication and presentation skills -Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred -Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and sustainable business practices -Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and national sustainability goals -Strong project management abilities -Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills -Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability strategies -5+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related field -Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive change within an organization -Proficiency in environmental management systems and sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) -Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels -Professional certifications such as LEED AP or CSR-P are a plus
