The Role

Tasks

-Provide controls technical support to HVAC technicians -Maintain building automation systems by inspecting trend logs, reports, schedules, applications, hardware, and programming -Provide responsive and professional customer service with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships -Perform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and replacement modifications as needed or requested by customers -Create and/or implement programming and graphics for new installations and retrofit projects -Continually look for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectively -Provide training and follow-ups for Customers and operations personnel -Commission controls installations and verify that control sequences meet scope, design, or specifications -Complete work orders and review with customers for accuracy -Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems

What You Bring

-3+ years of related experience with increasing responsibility. -High School Diploma or GED. -Competency in the operation of HVAC equipment and controls. -Ability to lift 50lbs with or without an accommodation. -Niagara AX and/or Niagara 4 certification. -Good verbal and written communication skills. -Experience in BAS, HVAC, or related industry. -Experience with any common integration protocols such as: BACnet MST / IP, LON, Modbus TCP / RTU, Ethernet OIP, MQTT, or SQL. -Competency in operation of engineering/commissioning tools, DDC controllers and field devices, BACnet protocol fundamentals. -Factory Certified Training, Online Training Courses, or other professional on the job training in the HVAC Industry -Proficiency with test instruments and calibration tools. -Required license(s) and/or training card as required by local law district. -Current first aid / CPR card. -The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth -Strong computer skills, including computer networking fundamentals. -Customer-focused, results-oriented professional, and strong team player. -Ability to read low voltage wiring diagrams and controls flow diagrams. -Ability to understand written sequences of operation. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized. -Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
