Are you a seasoned O&M professional passionate about renewable energy? On behalf of a leading player, we seek a highly motivated O&M Regional manager for their solar systems. Oversee operations, implement best practices, and lead a high-performing team to maximize uptime and profitability. Candidate notice: Unfortunately, only candidates with Utility-scale solar experience will be considered for this role. -2+ years in solar & battery storage O&M with leadership experience. -5+ years of O&M experience (Commissioning experience is beneficial as well) -Proven ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively. -Deep knowledge of O&M best practices, maximizing system uptime. -Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
