Support operations and project managers in project execution.
Installation and troubleshooting service work for new and custom products in the field.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute technical insights during customer negotiations.
Communicate with and educate our sales staff and customers on our technical solutions.
Create tools for matured products to transition to Catalyzer or other teams.
Estimate project costs and consult on product design with sales and production teams.
Ensure proposed solutions are correctly sized and constructed to meet quality standards.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, features, and integration capabilities.
Support the creation of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation for potential clients.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering.
Ability to work independently to produce high-caliber deliverables in a short time frame.
Proficient with SolidWorks CAD or equivalent
Exceptional experience with time management, organization skills, meeting project deadlines, problem solving, and creative solutions.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or technical documentation software.
Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
3-6 Years in a related engineering field or engineering employment at MIRATECH
