Tasks

-Manages user accounts, roles, and permissions in Epicor Kinetic -Ensures compliance with security protocols and audit requirements -Creates and maintains user guides, SOPs, and training materials -Assists in testing and validation of BPMs, dashboards, BAQs, and other customizations -Support process improvement and automation initiatives -Produce reporting and analysis to identify root causes of support issues -Conduct testing and assist with user training -Documents changes and maintains version controls in a highly organized manner -Manages the support queues in the Jira ticketing system -Provides support and training to front line support as needed -Collaborates with developers and business users to ensure customizations meet functional requirements -The analyst will play a key part in maintaining and enforcing change control procedures for ERP modifications

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills -Proficiency in Epicor ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Ability to train and support users on Epicor ERP functionality -Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering with an emphasis on manufacturing operations and supply chain -Experience with SQL databases including SQL queries, Views, Stored Procedures, SQL Jobs, and SQL Server Reporting Studio (SSRS), is preferred -Effective communication and collaboration abilities across departments -Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives -Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) -Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred -Familiarity with IT change management and software upgrade processes -Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and end users -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -2+ years of experience working with Epicor ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment -Adaptability to learn new technologies and respond to evolving business needs -Skilled in creating and maintaining detailed documentation -Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development -Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (such as SOX or GDPR) -Ability to develop and deliver end-user training materials and sessions -Experience in testing and quality assurance to ensure defect-free system changes and upgrades -Strong verbal and presentation skills to communicate effectively with corporate management, franchisees and their staff, company employees and vendors -Discretion and judgment in working with confidential information -Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment -Strong background and knowledge of business processes associated with custom manufacturing, and ability to align ERP processes with business needs -Understanding of data migration, integration, and reporting within Epicor ERP -Strong listening and analytical skills for gathering, documenting, and interpreting business requirements -Ability to optimize business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
