-Reallocate work orders as required to ensure resources are effectively utilised. -Schedule work orders using internal and external systems to ensure optimal route planning. -Accurately update work management systems and escalate issues as necessary. -Manage emergency work orders to minimise disruption to planned schedules. -Communicate with customers regarding engineer arrival times and reschedule appointments where needed. -Respond to queries from field operatives and management teams regarding work scheduling. -Collaborate with Field Managers and operatives to ensure work is attended within agreed timescales. -Monitor work orders and address risks to ensure timely attendance and completion.
