Tasks

-Drive business development, develop proposals, and cultivate client relationships -Lead and oversee all civil engineering operations for the DC Metro region -Manage multiple project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards -Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintain industry-leading standards of practice -Oversee technical aspects of site development, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility infrastructure, and erosion control -Mentor and develop multidisciplinary engineering staff to grow technical and professional capabilities -Shape firm strategy, mentor staff, and influence high-impact projects

What You Bring

-Proven success in business development and client relationship management -Local AHJ experience and industry involvement a plus -15+ years of civil engineering experience, including leadership and land development/project management -Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, StormCAD, SWMM (or similar), and other civil design software -Strong critical thinking, organizational, and strategic leadership skills -Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program -Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil Engineering
